ATPUnload Make the.ATP driver purgeable

returns Error Code; 0=no error
ATPUnload makes the .ATP driver purgeable; the space is not actually
released by Memory Manager until necessary.
Returns: an OSErr; an integer Error Code.
noErr (0) No error
Notes: This call only applies to a Macintosh 128K; on any later Macintosh,
ATPUnload has no effect.
