SerReset Reset and initial specified input or output drivers

short refNum ; reference number of driver to be reset/ initialized
short SerConfig ; integer that determines configuration
returns Error Code; 0=No error
SerReset resets and initializes either an input driver or an output driver
with a new communications configuration.
refNum identifies the input or output driver being reset and initialized.
serConfig is a predefined constant for information such as data rate, parity,
number of data bits, and number of stop bits.
Returns: an operating system Error Code.
noErr (0) No error

baud300 (380) Transmission rate = 300 bits per second
baud600 (189) Transmission rate = 600 bits per second
baud1200 (94) Transmission rate = 1200 bits per second
baud1800 (62) Transmission rate = 1800 bits per second
baud2400 (46) Transmission rate = 2400 bits per second
baud3600 (30) Transmission rate = 3600 bits per second
baud4800 (22) Transmission rate = 4800 bits per second
