EndUpdate Signal end of update after BeginUpdate

WindowPtr theWindow ; window used in previous BeginUpdate
EndUpdate re stores the true visRgn of a window. It must be called after
calling BeginUpdate for the same window.
Returns: none

Notes: This signals that you are finished updating the content region of
theWindow. The typical usage is to wait for an update event, call
BeginUpdate, redraw your window ( including all controls in the content
region), then call EndUpdate when you are done.
theWindow must be the current GrafPort and this call must match a
previous call to BeginUpdate. See that topic for an example of usage.
