SpBlockPtr spBlkPtr ; address of 56-byte Slot Parameter Block

SGetCString copies a cString from the sResource list to a buffer.
spBlkPtr is the address of a 56-byte Slot Parameter Block structure.

Memory for this buffer is automatically allocated by SGetCString.
